I got Axle at 4 months after he was in two homes. He was a Rhodesian Ridgeback/Labrador mix and so his energy level was high and neither home could deal with it. He was a "spirited" puppy, but grew into an outstanding animal. He loved playing Flyball most of all and was always the lead dog on a team. He reached the Flyball Master level (5,000 points) before retiring. At age 9 he got his NADAC Novice Tunnelers Agility title. He was also the first mix-breed dog to achieve the APDT Rally Level 3 title.

He lived to be 13.5 years old. He truly was my "once in a lifetime dog".
